  What a little piece of paradise set on a secluded property. Had a great time once again, not too far from general needs and the many tourist spots such as the Yarrangobilly Caves and sugarpine walk. You could also spend the day just relaxing on the verandeha ,by the river or exploring the properties many acres.

  Set in a tranquil location with very friendly and helpful owners. Great place to relax and use as a base to explore the surrounding district. The only negative is that the neighbour's dogs are a bit noisy at night. You soon get used to this. There are four cottages currently with a fifth being built - January 2017.

  What a slice of heaven - sitting on the balcony of our private fully appointed cottage overlooking the river and watching the animals graze nearby. Accommodation is 5 star with king size bed, your own kitchen and BBQ facilities. Hosts Deb and Dave were really great and provided a campfire BBQ evening by the river with it's babbling water and under pristine starry skies - what a difference it makes being away from the city lights. You can walk, trout fish, enjoy a round of golf or just veg out. So wonderfully peaceful. We have recommended this place to all our friends and will definately be making a return visit - maybe even an annual trip. Alan & Margaret - November 2011

  Elm cottage is located in a fantastic part of the world. The owners must spend a huge amount of time on upkeep and general maintenance as the entire property is so well kept. The renovated turn of the century cottage is brilliant, would be great for families. Keep yourself entertained with bush walking, kayaking, fly fishing or just relaxing with a book.
